We can balance most things, from your smallest most intricate parts, to parts as large as 69" in diameter and up to 212" long, with a maximum weight of 10,000 lbs. The Hard Bearing Balancing Machine can be configured as a single plane static or couple balance machine and a two-plane dynamic balance machine with permanent calibration. All three of these capabilities are included with this one machine. Two Plane Balancing Machine
The rigid hard bearing measuring system has permanent calibration and two planes' dynamic balancing capability. The single plane static/couple balance can be performed. A multiple-output (5hp) servo motor allows for very large loads or high production rates. Precision end thrusts assure proper positioning of work piece while measuring.
